What makes it so fluently is that we are living together like flatmates.
This requires a certain willingness to integrate yourself into the community. We'd invite you to be an active part; however, if you need some private time that's all right since nothing is a must.
Coliving also includes taking responsibility for keeping the communal spaces (especially the kitchen) clean.
With your actions & behaviour, you are shaping everyone else's experience. Thus we want to make it as pleasant and respectful as possible so that we all can deeply enjoy our time and bond.

We have everything you need for you to work from your new home. Switch between private and coworking areas, our garden or terrace.
Create a better work-life balance with the beautiful outdoors in your backyard and breathtaking hikes all around! The pandemic reminded us how access to nature is a fundamental human need and how much better our quality of life becomes with it.

One thing: we are close to the airport. Will make your way to the house very convenient but from time to time you will hear a plane around.

Coliving doesn’t mean giving up your personal space.
You can work from various working spots indoors and outdoors. We have both cozy nooks and big spaces around the estate.

If you fancy working around your housemates, there is a space with two large tables and office chairs. We have you covered for important work calls and deep work too: You can use our separé for an undisturbed flow.
